Business Platform Transformation – Workday Supply Chain & Operations (Manager / Senior Manager)

We are seeking a
Manager or Senior Manager
to join a Business Platform Transformation team focused on
Workday Supply Chain & Operations
initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in large-scale transformation environments and enjoys working closely with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional workstreams supporting Workday Supply Chain transformations

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory management, and supply chain process improvements

  • Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities

  • Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams in a consulting or advisory capacity

  • Ensure successful delivery of Workday-enabled transformation initiatives

Required Experience

  • Strong experience with

Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
  • Background in

inventory management and Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Consulting experience strongly preferred

  • Experience working in large-scale transformation or enterprise environments

  • Workday certification preferred but not required

Ideal Candidate

  • Background in consulting or advisory services (Big 4 experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to lead functional discussions and drive alignment across teams

  • Experience in Workday implementations or enterprise ERP transformations
