Practice Questions

💡Technical Questions (3)
  • 1.How do you approach optimizing and exporting a single core video asset for vastly different platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube?
  • 2.Can you walk me through your process for creating a branded motion graphics template in After Effects that can be reused by the broader marketing team?
  • 3.When cutting together a talking-head executive interview with B-roll and product demos, how do you ensure the pacing remains engaging without losing the core message?
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you had to manage multiple video projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. How did you handle it?
  • 2.Describe a situation where you collaborated with marketing or product teams on a campaign concept, but there was a creative disagreement on the visual direction.
  • 3.Give an example of a time you helped evolve or establish a visual or motion design standard for a brand.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You receive raw footage from a product launch event, but the audio is heavily echoey and the lighting is inconsistent. The final video is needed for a paid media push tomorrow. What do you do?
  • 2.Leadership asks you to create an explainer video for a highly technical new software feature, but the messaging is very dry. How do you approach the storytelling and animation to make it engaging for a social-first audience?
