Works closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life through dynamic, platform-appropriate edits. Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years’ experience in video editing, ideally in lifestyle, hospitality, or content-heavy brands.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Animation, or related field.

• Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating clean editing, narrative flow, and post-production polish.

• Experience editing for short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and basic sound editing in Audition.

• Familiar with editing plugins and video optimisation tools.

• Understanding of pacing, transitions, colour grading, and sound syncing.

• Comfortable with AI-powered video tools (e.g., RunwayML, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly, Descript, VO3) to enhance editing, ideation, or workflow.

• Bonus: Familiarity with 3D or motion tools is a plus (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual rhythm, narrative, and mood.

• Able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver under time pressure.

• Good communicator and collaborator with creative and brand teams.

• Curious and open to learning new tools and creative techniques.

Job Desc

• Edit raw footage into compelling, platform-appropriate videos for campaign, social, event, and in-venue content.

• Collaborate with Content Creators, Motion Designers, and Creative leads to align on story, tone, and pacing.

• Sync audio, clean up sound, and apply transitions, animations, and effects where needed.

• Use AI-assisted editing tools to speed up production, generate rough cuts, or enhance footage.

• Ensure brand consistency, colour grading, and pacing that reflects the desired mood and messaging.

• Organise project files and ensure deliverables are correctly formatted for each platform.

• Stay current on editing trends, formats, and technologies — especially in short-form and branded storytelling.
