Job Description

We are excited to partner with a
veterinarian-owned private practice
that is expanding its schedule to better serve its growing community and is now welcoming an
Associate Veterinarian
to join the team. This is a thoughtfully run, modern small animal hospital with a strong emphasis on
gold-standard medicine, low-stress handling, and genuine client communication
.

The hospital is a
stand-alone facility
designed with both patient flow and comfort in mind, including
separate entrance and exit pathways for infectious cases
. Clinically, you’ll have access to everything needed to practice high-quality medicine in-house:
digital radiography (standard and dental), ultrasound, therapy laser, and a fully equipped IDEXX laboratory
, allowing you to work cases up thoroughly and efficiently without constant external referrals.

You’ll be supported by a
skilled, confident, and communicative support team
that values education just as highly as patient care. Ongoing learning is embedded into the culture—monthly staff training, outsourced education, CE lectures, and strong mentorship mean this role can suit both experienced veterinarians and those earlier in their careers who want to continue developing their skills.

The practice is deeply
mission-driven
, combining medical and behavioral health with compassionate, fear-free principles. They pride themselves on having honest, educational conversations with clients and maintaining long-term relationships built on trust. There’s also a strong community focus, with charitable work and partnerships with local organizations forming a meaningful part of the hospital’s identity.

Flexible scheduling, negotiable hours, and a clear commitment to work-life balance make this a sustainable, long-term opportunity within a privately owned environment where your voice truly matters. If you’re a new or recent graduate, this is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career. Get in touch today to learn more!
