Practice Questions

💡Technical Questions (3)
  • 1.How do you approach developing and maintaining a rolling finite production schedule in a biopharma environment, particularly when accounting for QC testing and equipment calibrations?
  • 2.Can you describe your experience acting as a supply chain lead for ERP optimization, specifically focusing on master data governance and integrity within operations?
  • 3.Walk me through your process for ensuring clinical trial materials are shipped to sites in alignment with dosing schedules while coordinating with IRT systems.
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you identified a significant risk or constraint in the Master Production Schedule that threatened to delay operations. How did you handle it?
  • 2.Describe a situation where you had to lead an ERP system improvement or implementation that required training cross-functional teams and ensuring data integrity.
  • 3.Give me an example of how you have partnered with Quality, Warehouse, and Finance to align production schedules with material availability and inventory targets.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You notice a significant discrepancy between your actual production output and the Master Production Schedule midway through the week. QC testing is backing up, and WIP inventory is exceeding target levels. What do you do?
  • 2.A critical direct material required for an upcoming clinical packaging run shows a sudden supply risk from the vendor, potentially delaying the shipment to trial sites. How would you manage this?
