Are you a hands-on supply chain leader who thrives on optimizing inventory, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams? Weโ€™re partnering with an organization seeking a
Supply Chain Manager
to oversee inventory planning, logistics operations, and cross-functional collaboration across domestic and international teams.

strategy and execution
, with a strong focus on demand planning, ERP accuracy, cost control, and team development.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

โœ… Lead and develop a supply chain & logistics team

โœ… Design, implement, and optimize inventory management systems

โœ… Analyze inventory data and forecast demand to support business needs

โœ… Manage finished goods inventory levels to balance service and cost

โœ… Partner cross-functionally and with international supply chain teams

โœ… Ensure planning parameters and ERP systems are accurate and effective

โœ… Train teams on best practices, SOPs, and system usage

โœ… Drive cost reduction initiatives and minimize waste

โœ… Oversee inland freight spend and identify savings opportunities

โœ… Lead cycle counts and collaborate with warehouse leadership

โœ… Coordinate meetings with customers and internal stakeholders

โœ… Complete monthly reporting, including sales audits for pricing and invoicing accuracy

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

๐Ÿ”น 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations

๐Ÿ”น 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience

๐Ÿ”น Strong background in inventory management, demand planning, and forecasting

๐Ÿ”น Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with reporting and analysis

๐Ÿ”น ERP experience required (NetSuite or Oracle a plus)

๐Ÿ”น Proven process improvement and SOP development experience

๐Ÿ”น Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment

๐Ÿ”น Willingness to travel up to 10% (Domestic)

Work Schedule
: Hybrid/ 3 days a week on site

Compensation:
$90-110k
