💡Technical Questions (3)
  • 1.Can you walk me through your approach to conducting a process audit to identify systemic gaps in a supplier's workflow, specifically within an AS9100 framework?
  • 2.How do you verify the effectiveness of a supplier's corrective action after they have implemented it, rather than just confirming they fixed the immediate issue?
  • 3.Describe how you utilize GD&T and engineering drawings during a supplier audit or when investigating a non-conformance.
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you had to manage a complex schedule of supplier audits while simultaneously tracking multiple open corrective actions.
  • 2.Give me an example of a time you identified a significant supplier risk during an audit and how you drove mitigation to support a zero-defect target.
  • 3.Describe a situation where a supplier strongly disagreed with your audit findings or the required corrective actions. How did you handle it?
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You are conducting an on-site audit and discover a supplier is bypassing a critical step in their control plan to speed up production, but they claim they haven't had any defects. How do you handle this situation?
