Job Description

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Boutique Manager to join the team! The ideal candidate is a sales driver, relationship builder, and team leader.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and exceed sales goals through exceptional service and relationship-building

• Actively develop new business and cultivate a loyal, high-value client base

• Lead by example on the sales floor & beyond by engaging, styling, and closing sales

• Maintain a luxury selling environment that is warm, personalized, and elevated

• Maintain an elevated, visually compelling store environment aligned with the brand

• Support merchandising and product presentation

• Ensure every detail contributes to a seamless and beautiful client experience

• Participate in and support trunk shows and events across the U.S.

• Leverage events and client connections as an opportunity to build relationships and

• Build a strong, motivated, and client-focused team culture

• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance goals

• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development (e.g., weekly touch bases)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of store manager experience

• Proven ability to drive sales and build a client base

• Energetic, upbeat, and engaging presence on the floor

• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams

• Detail-oriented with strong operational awareness

• Experience with Shopify and retail systems

• Strong sense of style and understanding of luxury presentation

• Familiarity with the Upper East Side client is a plus

• Background in jewelry, accessories, or luxury retail is a plus

• Ability to travel for trunk shows
