Description
As a Sourcing Recruiter for Amazon's Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top technical talent. You'll leverage advanced sourcing strategies and tools to build robust talent pipelines for cloud computing and infrastructure roles. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll understand technical requirements and evaluate candidates effectively. The ideal candidate combines technical recruiting expertise with strong analytical skills and knowledge of cloud technologies. Success in this role requires excellent communication abilities, data-driven decision-making, and experience with modern sourcing techniques and platforms.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles

  • Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture

  • Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health

  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy

  • Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience

  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

  • Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
