Job Description

At Anglican Family Care, we walk alongside whānau in ways that are relational, strengths‑based, and grounded in care.

We’re currently seeking a
Social Worker – Home‑based Family Support / Caregiver Liaison
to join our Dunedin team. This role involves working closely with parents and caregivers in their own homes, supporting them to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and nurture the well-being of their tamariki.

You’ll be part of a kaupapa‑driven organisation that values collaboration, reflection, and long‑term change — working alongside whānau at their pace, and building on strengths already present. The role also includes supporting and liaising with caregivers, recognising the vital role they play in providing stability and care for children.

If you’re a qualified social worker who values relationship‑centred practice, trauma‑informed approaches, and working within a supportive, experienced team, we’d love to hear from you.
