Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to manage and drive both organic social media and paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital metrics, content strategy, and performance marketing, along with hands-on experience in website management and SEO/SEM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

  • Plan, create, and oversee engaging content aligned with brand objectives

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rates)

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and A/B testing

  • Manage website updates, content uploads, and basic CMS operations

  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic visibility

  • Support SEM initiatives to enhance lead generation and conversions

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media and performance marketing

  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and paid media metrics

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM tools and strategies

  • Working knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS)

  • Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication and content planning skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Basic understanding of content design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
