Job Description

Adecco is supporting a leading automotive manufacturing organization in the Farmington Hills, MI area in the search for a Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Engineer.

This is a hands-on role supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment with strong visibility to plant leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment

  • Work across APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and root cause analysis

  • Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts

  • Interface directly with customers and internal teams on quality issues

  • Support audits and maintain compliance with IATF standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive manufacturing quality

  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

  • Experience working in a plant environment

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the floor

Details:

  • Full-time, direct hire

  • Day shift, Monday through Friday

  • Competitive base salary + bonus
