As a
Senior Content Writer
, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and performance-driven content across digital channels. You will work closely with marketing, design, product, and compliance teams to deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines, business goals, and regulatory requirements.

Role Description / Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms including websites, mobile apps, emails, social media, blogs, landing pages, and digital campaigns


• Write growth and performance-oriented copies for emailers, SMS/WhatsApp, in-app banners, push notifications, paid social ads, and Google ads


• Develop creative copies and captions for social media posts and assist with content publishing calendars


• Collaborate with designers, video teams, and agencies to develop multimedia assets ensuring consistent tone and messaging


• Proofread, edit, and review content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines


• Adapt content based on performance insights, audience behavior, and campaign goals


• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Digital, CRM, Compliance) to understand requirements and translate them into effective customer-facing communication


• Maintain content quality, consistency, and timelines across all deliverables

Education

Essential Requirement:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed institution

Work Experience

Essential Requirement:

• 3–6 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing, or digital marketing


• Strong portfolio demonstrating writing for digital platforms and marketing campaigns


• Experience working with SEO-friendly content and basic understanding of content performance metrics


• Familiarity with CMS platforms and collaboration with cross-functional teams


• Prior experience in BFSI / Fintech / Digital-first brands (preferred)
