External audiences increasingly care about what companies stand for—their values, culture, and commitments. This role sits within Chanel’s Global Communications team, a multidisciplinary function spanning, social media, integrated media, sustainability, corporate and internal communications, working together to shape and protect the House’s reputation globally.

Based in London, you will help strengthen Chanel’s external positioning on its corporate topics, executive visibility, and company narrative. You will play a leading role in the communications of Chanel’s annual financial results, financial announcements and annual report management. You will also work closely with global teams in London and Paris to develop communication strategies around key transversal themes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior executives on strategic communications and reputation-building

  • Craft key messaging, narratives, and leadership communications

  • Managing the annual financial results process and leading on the management of the annual report

  • Create content and communication tools for global and regional teams

  • Manage agencies and oversee campaign execution

  • Coach spokespeople and support executive messaging

  • Build relationships with key international media and journalists

  • Support cross-functional projects, partnerships, and initiatives

  • Drive reputation-building opportunities through events and external platforms

  • Align stakeholders across a matrix global organisation

  • Support crisis and issues management in coordination with Paris teams

What You Bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in corporate communications / PR (agency and/or in-house)

  • Strong background in reputation strategy within complex organisations managing multiple stakeholders

  • Strong financial services experience in reporting, investments, acquisitions and divestments

  • Excellent writing skills across press materials, reports, messaging, and social content

  • Proven ability to simplify complex topics into impactful storytelling

  • Established network with international business media (e.g. FT, Reuters, Bloomberg)

  • Experience managing executive communications and LinkedIn presence

  • Strong presentation, research, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work across teams and markets with agility

  • Creative mindset with interest in AI-enabled communications

  • French fluency is a plus
