  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.

  • Experience working against a sales quota or business goal.

  • Experience selling to and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience exceeding sales quotas in digital advertising sales or similar field.

  • Experience managing and prioritizing a large book of business.

  • Experience selling to mid-market, high-growth companies.

  • Understanding of the digital and traditional marketing ecosystem, strategies, and tactics.

As a part of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Mid-Market Sales team, a growth engine for clients in GCS, you will contribute to long-term relationship development, helping understanding customers’ business goals and delivering advertising solutions that drive their growth.

As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will identify growth opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and build impactful strategies tailored to customers’ goals. You will work closely with account strategists, product sales and activation, and other cross-functional teams, act as the strategic hub for GCS resources and expert on educating customers and inspiring action.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.

  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.

  • Plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products and solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.

  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.

  • Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
