Recruitment Consultant /Senior Consultant- Sheffield

Entry Level or Experienced Hire

We are seeking someone who is sales-driven to join our Sheffield office. Your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and you will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates. The desks available have derived their success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients.

Your new role

The responsibilities of a Recruitment /Senior Consultant include:

-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.

-Partnering with your clients - small businesses to large corporates

-Business development - approaching clients via email, calls & in person meetings

-Attracting , interviewing and recruiting top-tier candidates in a competitive marketplace

-Utilising social media tools - specifically Linked In to build your profile

-Contribute to the development and growth of the business

-Working as part of a busy team to reach personal & team monthly targets
