About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our growing team in Newcastle. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top technology talent across a range of roles. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, working with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach

  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

  • Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent

  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through to onboarding

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles

  • Strong understanding of tech roles

  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting within US tech markets

  • Agency background with billing responsibility
