An ambitious and fast-growing recruitment business is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join its specialist US Architecture, Engineering & Construction division.
Established just over a year ago, the business has already generated more than £500k in billings and is quickly building a reputation within the US market for delivering high-quality, relationship-led recruitment solutions. The leadership team has a proven track record of successfully building and scaling recruitment businesses focused on the American market, offering a genuine opportunity to learn from experienced operators in a high-growth environment.

The Opportunity
The successful consultant will recruit exclusively into the US Architecture, Engineering & Construction market, partnering with clients across sectors including commercial construction, infrastructure, engineering and residential construction.
The business takes a quality-over-quantity approach to recruitment. Consultants are trusted to manage their desks like business owners, with a strong focus on outcomes and delivery rather than excessive KPIs or micromanagement.
From day one, consultants are given the tools, support and mentorship needed to succeed, with leadership heavily invested in helping individuals build sustainable, high-performing desks.
