This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, showing properties, negotiating contracts, conducting market analyses, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Collaboration with builders, architects, and other stakeholders to successfully market and sell residential developments is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in South Carolina

  • Proficiency in Real Estate operations and knowledge of Real Property

  • Strong Customer Service experience and relationship-building skills

  • Proven skills in Sales with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

  • Knowledge of South Carolina coastal markets is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
