The Opportunity

We are seeking a Corporate Quality Engineer to play a key role in driving quality performance across our organization. This is a high-impact, hybrid role supporting both supplier quality and internal manufacturing processes, designed to improve overall product quality, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality initiatives including audits, evaluations, and performance improvement

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and external quality standards

• Partner with manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues

• Drive problem-solving efforts across internal operations and supplier base

• Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Reduce defects and cost of poor quality (COPQ)

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Train and mentor plant quality teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

• Experience with PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans
