One of our manufacturing clients in
Chatham-Kent area
is looking for
Production Supervisor
for their plant

Shift
- Day and Afternoon rotation

Pay Range
- $70K-$80K

  • Supervise daily stamping and press operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.

  • Coordinate manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

  • Monitor press operations, tooling performance, and material flow to ensure smooth production processes.

  • Troubleshoot production and equipment issues while working closely with maintenance and tool & die teams.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.

  • Train, mentor, and support production employees to improve performance, productivity, and teamwork.

  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet customer specifications and manufacturing standards.

  • Maintain production reports, downtime records, and shift documentation.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization.
