  • Break down ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and prioritize based on impact

  • Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Category, Finance, and Engineering
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery

  • Data-Driven Decision Making

Leverage data to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory planning, and operational efficiency
  • Define, track, and optimize key supply chain metrics (fill rate, wastage, SLA adherence, inventory turns, etc.)

  • Execution & Delivery

Work closely with engineering teams in an agile setup to deliver high-quality, scalable products
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management

  • Business & Customer Impact

Ensure product solutions improve both customer experience (availability, freshness, delivery timelines) and operational cost efficiency

  • Good understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain domains such as inventory management, demand forecasting, warehouse systems, or logistics tech

  • 2.Walk me through how you would design a warehouse management system (WMS) product feature to optimize inventory placement and reduce fulfillment time for perishable goods.
  • 3.What key supply chain metrics would you track to measure the health and efficiency of Licious' farm-to-fork ecosystem, and how would you leverage SQL or analytics tools to monitor them?
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you identified a major inefficiency in a supply chain or logistics process and translated it into a scalable tech solution.
  • 2.Describe a situation where you had to align conflicting priorities between Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams without having formal authority.
  • 3.Give an example of a time you used data to challenge an existing assumption or process within a supply chain team.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You launch a new inventory planning feature, but within the first week, the operations team reports a sudden 10% increase in product wastage. How do you handle this?
