You will be joining the Women’s Training Apparel creation team.

Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with making world class training apparel and understands what product excellence means.

An individual who has a history of effectively influencing internal and external partners. This person works collaboratively with others as part of a triad team, supporting efforts to achieve meaningful objectives and remaining connected to sports and sport lifestyle daily. They are expected to think ambitiously, overcome obstacles, innovate, and implement strategies to benefit the athlete.

The candidate needs to have heightened awareness of Women’s performance industries/competitive landscape, a passion for Nike and women’s product, and confidence with verbal and written communication. Experience working on bras preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles

  • Product management experience and knowledge in performance apparel a plus

What You Will Work On
If this is you, you will manage and oversee the product creation for our elite to everyday training athletes in Women’s Training Apparel. This is a high visibility role with both strategic and creative facets of the work.

You will lead product and design reviews, connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins, participate in cross-functional meetings, create compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising and our downstream geography partners.

Product Strategy And Business Insight

  • Defining and driving a vision and product strategy that transcends the sport and drives energy at retail

  • Working with design and merchandising to enable clear storytelling all the way to our athletes and consumers

  • Partnering with sports marketing, Nike training athletes and consumers to gather insights and product approval
