About GlossGenius

GlossGenius is the AI-powered system behind the world’s most meaningful appointments, helping 100,000+ service businesses earn more revenue and free up time for the work they love. Our agentic workforce gets more clients in the door, grows profit per appointment, and keeps clients coming back — doing the jobs owners never had time for and couldn’t justify hiring to fill. Businesses on GlossGenius process billions in annual payment volume, and see 65% more revenue using GlossGenius Payments by growing ticket size, rebooking clients at checkout, and saving on processing fees.

About the Role

We use AI throughout our development process to move faster, ship better products, and solve hard problems. We're looking for a Product Manager with strong product instincts and creative problem-solving skills to build experiences that define the standard in our industry.

Your work can range from transforming our scheduling tools into intelligent, proactive products that anticipate user needs to designing tailored experiences for larger service businesses managing teams of 10+ or operating across multiple locations. This role offers meaningful opportunities to lead high-impact initiatives with a direct line to company revenue growth.

You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in an in-person environment. We default to being in-office 3–4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You'll Do

  • Define what the next generation of our product looks like: whether that's scheduling intelligence that recovers lost revenue, or building for larger, upmarket businesses that have complex needs, multi-location infrastructure that lets growing businesses run without friction

  • Drive end-to-end product execution, scaling new ideas from concept to launch with urgency and precision

  • Think strategically about how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to build smarter, more intuitive core experiences that reduce friction and unlock new possibilities for our users

  • Ship high-impact features that move real metrics, reflect strong UX instincts, and a deep understanding of what our users need and want

  • Drive a continuous improvement loop using data, customer feedback, and performance signals to keep the product compounding

  • Align and energize cross-functional teams, including Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics, to execute at a high velocity

  • Clearly communicate strategy, priorities, and learnings across the company, influencing at all levels from execs to frontline teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas

  • Strong product instincts; the ability to deeply understand user problems and business opportunities, and define a vision on how to solve them

  • You are already leveraging AI and emerging technologies to build and optimize in your current role and in your daily life

  • Strong analytical mindset: you're comfortable with the data, can identify what's actually driving outcomes, and use quantitative signals to prioritize decisions

  • Technical and design fluency; comfort discussing concepts with engineering and design counterparts

  • Thrives with ownership and limited process: you're energized by a blank canvas and don't need a lot of structure to do your best work

Benefits & Perks

  • Flexible PTO

  • Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially covered by GG

  • Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody

  • Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy

  • 401k benefit — employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment

  • Professional Development — employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses

  • Pre-tax commuter benefits

  • Dependent Care FSA

  • Home office support
