PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)- Rehab

Contract

In-Office | Charlottesville, VA, United States

31weeks, 36hrs, Day shift, 06/08/2026 start date.
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate

Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care

Document services accurately and timely

Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families

Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

-

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

-

Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)

-

Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills

-

Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
