Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Coach for a contract position at our Redondo Beach, CA location. This on-site role involves evaluating clients’ fitness levels, conducting group and one-on-one training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and creating a supportive and engaging environment to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities also include leading BFT’s progressive training programs, ensuring effective use of our proprietary heart rate monitoring system, and fostering a positive and motivating studio culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction

  • Experience with Circuit Training and Group Fitness or Sports Coaching

  • Knowledge of Nutrition and its role in fitness and performance

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Relevant certifications such as NASM, ACE, or equivalent are preferred

  • Ability to build connections and motivate clients of all fitness levels

  • CPR/AED certification is required

  • Prior experience in a similar instructional or coaching role is a plus
