Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based OT interventions to improve functional outcomes.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to meet goals.

  • Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in electronic health records.

  • Meet or exceed productivity and outcome targets through pipelines and metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies and ethical standards.

Experience/Qualifications

  • OT licensure/registration in the relevant state or country.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of occupational therapy practice, preferably in general or integrated care.

  • Ability to deliver assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Strong productivity mindset with ability to meet/track targets via pipelines and metrics.

  • Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes.

  • Excellent collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clear communication.

  • Commitment to regulatory compliance, privacy, ethics, and facility policies.

  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and career growth.

  • Ability to educate patients/families on home programs and activity strategies.

  • Mentorship capability and willingness to guide junior staff or students.
