  • 3.Given your background in electrical or computer engineering, how do you translate complex telecommunications standards, such as 5G NR, into clear, legally precise patent specifications?
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you had to prosecute a patent application involving a highly complex wireless technology under a tight deadline.
  • 2.Describe a situation where you had to work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and inventors to navigate a difficult patent prosecution.
  • 3.Give me an example of a time you had to quickly adapt to a change in patent law or USPTO guidelines that impacted your active cases.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You receive a final rejection on a patent application for a novel wireless communication method, and the inventor believes there is no more prior art to distinguish. How do you proceed?
  • 2.You are working remotely and an inventor from a different time zone provides confusing technical details for a critical telecommunications patent draft right before the filing deadline. How do you handle this?
