🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time when your organizational skills directly prevented a critical deadline from being missed on a case.
  • 2.Describe a situation where you had to handle highly confidential or sensitive client information. How did you ensure its security and maintain client trust?
  • 3.Give me an example of a time you had to manage multiple urgent requests from different legal professionals simultaneously. How did you prioritize?
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.An attorney hands you a messy stack of unorganized medical bills and records for a new client and asks you to prepare a demand letter by the end of the week. How do you approach this?
  • 2.You receive a call from a Spanish-speaking client who is anxious because they haven't heard an update on their case and are struggling to understand the legal process. If you are not bilingual, how do you handle this? If you are, how do you leverage that skill?
