Job Description

Law firm seeks an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys with employment law issues to begin on July 15th, 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly review client documents and draft demand letters.

  • Finalize letters in PDF format and convert documents to DocuSign for client signature.

  • Maintain attorney case lists by inputting new clients and updating lists.

  • Coordinate logistics for phone calls between attorneys and clients.

  • Draft and file EEOC complaints.

  • Update documents on the internal portal.

  • Review and revise attorney-drafted demand letters.

  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to execute tasks with changing priorities and competing deadlines.

  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.

  • Exemplary judgement and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to hand confidential information.

  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.

  • Strong computer and database management skills.

Requirements:
