Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Leader with strong expertise in LTL freight, warehouse operations, 3PL management, and inbound logistics. The ideal candidate will lead logistics operations, optimize transportation costs, manage carrier and vendor relationships, and support business growth initiatives including acquisitions and operational integrations. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and knowledge of supply chain technologies and AI-driven logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage LTL freight operations, carrier negotiations, and lane optimization.

  • Oversee 3PL partnerships, warehouse operations, and inbound/import logistics.

  • Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality.

  • Lead logistics and operational integration activities during mergers or expansions.

  • Analyze operational data to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.

  • Implement technology and AI tools for logistics automation and forecasting.

  • Manage vendor and carrier relationships and negotiate contracts.

  • Support cross-border logistics operations across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

  • Travel regularly to subsidiary and operational locations across the US.
