Job Description

We’re hiring an Office & Operations Coordinator for a growing FoodTech manufacturing startup based in the Rishon LeZion area. Full-time or 80% position available.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining office operations, administration, employee experience, purchasing coordination, and ongoing operational support in a fast-paced startup environment.

We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, service-oriented, and highly reliable - someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks, working with different teams and vendors, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing communication with suppliers and service providers

• Managing office purchases, food orders, and recurring operational needs

• Coordinating orders and shipments for raw materials, R&D, and equipment

• Supporting employee welfare activities, company events, holidays, gifts, and celebrations

• Working with Priority ERP, delivery notes, and invoice preparation for accounting

• Coordinating external vendors including IT, maintenance, cleaning, and facility services

• Providing operational and administrative support to the factory and management team

• Supporting additional logistics and operational activities when needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Office / Operations / Administration roles

• Strong Excel skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills

• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

• Good English communication skills

• Startup experience – significant advantage

• Priority ERP experience – significant advantage

• Experience in employee welfare / wellbeing activities – advantage

• Ability to work comfortably in a manufacturing environment alongside production and operational teams
