Advanced Component Services is a contract manufacturer and specialized distributor focused on components used in the commercial food service industry. For over 20 years, we have provided the essential parts required to maintain and repair commercial food service equipment.

In May 2026, we transitioned our operations from the Seattle area to a nearly 30,000 square feet facility in Chula Vista, California. Our new home houses our distribution center and professional offices. We are currently seeking a tech-forward professional to join our foundational Chula Vista team and support this exciting new chapter of growth.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, tech-forward Office Operations & Accounting Liaison to serve as the central hub of our daily activities. This role bridges the gap between our local operations and our remote accounting team. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and proactively uses technology to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Support:
Manage invoicing, resolve vendor discrepancies, and lead past-due collections.

Accounting Liaison:
Oversee and coordinate daily tasks with our remote accounting staff.

Office Operations:
Manage office supply procurement, oversee facility cleaning services, and provide sales support.

Project Tracking:
Rigorously follow up on open projects and pending tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Tech Support:
Handle initial setup and basic troubleshooting of office equipment and software.

Requirements

Experience:
3–5 years in office management, high-level administration, or a similar operations role.

Software:
Deep proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office 365.

AI Adaptability:
You must be comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Gemini) to solve problems or draft communications more efficiently.

Technical Skill:
Experience with general office equipment setup and troubleshooting.

Attention to Detail:
Uncompromising accuracy in financial data and project tracking.

Professionalism:
Exceptional communication skills, especially when managing remote staff and collections.

Compensation

Base Salary:
$50,000 – $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
