Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who will own end-to-end business reporting, dashboards, and data integrity. The role requires strong expertise in migrating complex Google Sheets into Excel without data loss, building Power BI dashboards, and working extensively with CRM data as a primary reporting source. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large datasets, automating reports, and translating business metrics into clear, actionable dashboards for leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Migration

  • Migrate large, complex, and interlinked Google Sheets into Excel with zero data leakage or inconsistency.

  • Validate data post-migration to ensure accuracy, completeness, and version control.

  • Design and maintain master datasets in Excel for reporting and analysis.

  • Handle large volumes of structured and semi-structured data efficiently.

MIS Reporting & Dashboards

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

  • Build Power BI dashboards for tracking business performance and KPIs.

  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, updated, and aligned with business requirements.

  • Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and errors.

Business Metrics & Insights

  • Track and analyze key business metrics such as productivity, revenue, conversions, retention, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.

  • Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in performance data.

  • Provide actionable insights into management for decision-making.

  • Support leadership presentations and business review meetings with data-backed insights.

CRM Data & Integration

  • Work extensively with CRM data as a primary source for reports and dashboards.

  • Extract, clean, and transform CRM data for reporting purposes.

  • Ensure CRM data is correctly mapped and reflected in Power BI dashboards.

  • Coordinate with CRM/tech teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data structure.

Process, Automation & Governance

  • Standardize MIS formats and reporting structures across teams.

  • Improve reporting efficiency through Excel automation and Power BI refresh mechanisms.

  • Maintain SOPs, documentation, and change logs for all reports and dashboards.

  • Ensure data confidentiality, access control, and audit readiness.

Key Requirements
Technical

  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Dashboards; Macros preferred).

  • Expert-level experience migrating Google Sheets to Excel.

  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, visuals, refresh logic).

  • Hands-on experience working with CRM data for reporting.

  • Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.

  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).

  • Strong numerical and logical reasoning abilities.

  • High accuracy while working with large datasets.

  • Ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights.
