Practice Questions

💡Technical Questions (3)
  • 1.How do you approach structuring and optimising Amazon PPC campaigns for a diverse portfolio of licensed apparel to maximise ROI while controlling spend?
  • 2.Walk me through your process for managing FBA inventory across the UK and EU, specifically how you prevent stockouts on key licences while avoiding long-term storage fees.
  • 3.When taking over the optimisation of an underperforming Amazon listing for a pop-culture product, what specific elements do you focus on to improve organic ranking and conversion?
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you had to collaborate with Buying, Logistics, and IT teams simultaneously to resolve a complex operational issue on the Amazon marketplace.
  • 2.Describe a situation where you had to make a tough commercial decision regarding Amazon advertising spend or pricing to protect margins, even if it meant sacrificing short-term sales volume.
  • 3.Give an example of how you identified an opportunity to grow a specific category or licence on Amazon that wasn't immediately obvious from standard reporting.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.A highly anticipated licensed product line is launching next month. Due to a shipping delay, only 20% of the initial FBA stock will arrive on time. How do you manage the Amazon launch to maximise impact without damaging long-term account health?
  • 2.You notice a sudden, significant drop in the Buy Box percentage for your top-performing UK listings, and Amazon has added a new fee category impacting your margins. How do you tackle both issues simultaneously?
