Are you an experienced CNC Machinist or Programmer, looking to step into an engineering-focused position with clear progression into leadership or management?

This is an excellent opportunity to move off the tools and into a key engineering role where you’ll become a technical specialist within manufacturing, driving process improvements and supporting advanced CNC operations.

This is a fantastic time to join a growing business that prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and employee development. The company is committed to investing in modern manufacturing technology and offers an environment where experienced machinists and programmers can take the next step in their career.

You’ll work closely with engineering and production teams, taking ownership of continuous improvement projects and helping shape manufacturing operations moving forward.

This role would suit an experienced CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, or CMM Programmer with a strong machine shop background who is looking to transition into Manufacturing Engineering and progress toward senior leadership.

The Role:

  • Support and optimize CNC machining and automated manufacturing processes.

  • Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and production output.

  • Troubleshoot machining and process issues while developing process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Candidate:

  • Strong hands-on CNC machining and/or CNC programming experience.

  • Experience with CAM software and G-Code.

  • Background in industrial manufacturing or machine shop environments.
