With new leadership, exciting growth into emerging markets, and a highly collaborative culture, this is an opportunity to join a company where your ideas matter and your work has a visible impact.

- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match

- Professional development and training opportunities
- Stable company with nearly five decades of success
- Opportunity to work closely with an experienced, collaborative engineering and machining team

- Clean, organized, high-quality manufacturing environment
What You’ll Need As a Manufacturing Engineer
- 4+ years of experience in a machine shop or similar manufacturing environment
- Hands-on CNC experience; 2+ years of programming experience
- Experience with metal cutting tools, holders, fixtures, and workholding
- Ability to work across multiple machine types, including lathes, machining centers, Swiss-type lathes, and manual equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Must be a team player willing to help across a 5-person department
- Valid driver’s license
Skills/Background Needed As a Manufacturing Engineer
- Espirit CAD/CAM, MasterCam
- Familiarity with inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gages, CMM, and Optical Comparator
- Exposure to Swiss machining
- Experience supporting machinists during setup and troubleshooting CNC programs

If you enjoy solving machining problems, improving processes, working alongside good people, and being part of a company where engineering still gets to engineer — this could be a great fit
