Job Description

Controller | Manufacturing Finance

This role serves as a key financial business partner to operations leadership, driving financial performance, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making across the production unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead
financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and month-end close

• Partner with operations leadership to provide financial analysis and business insights

• Oversee
cost accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, accruals, and variance analysis

• Manage
general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, CAPEX reporting, and internal controls

• Support
ERP systems, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives

Qualifications:


10+ years of finance/accounting experience
with
5+ years in manufacturing or plant finance leadership

• Strong background in
manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing

• Experience with
ERP/MRP systems
such as
Infor M3, BPCS, SAP, Oracle, or similar

• CPA, MBA, preferred
