Practice Questions

💡Technical Questions (3)
  • 1.How do you approach optimizing the yield per container while managing the budgeted air-to-sea ratio for pharmaceutical exports?
  • 2.Can you explain your process for ensuring 100% compliance for revenue recognition and zero tax liability in international shipments?
  • 3.How would you handle a situation where a cool chain pharmaceutical shipment is at risk of a temperature excursion during transit to one of the 26 assigned countries?
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you successfully developed a new vendor, such as a freight forwarder or customs house agent, to improve operational efficiency.
  • 2.Describe a situation where you had to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders—like plants, QC, and demand/supply teams—to execute a critical shipment under a tight deadline.
  • 3.Give an example of how you implemented a practice that led to significant cost savings in logistics, such as optimizing a reverse auction bid mechanism.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.It is the 1st of the month, and you are preparing the current stock status for the country teams. You notice a significant backlog of pending SO/STOs that exceed the 10% or 5k pack system hygiene threshold. How do you address this?
  • 2.You receive an urgent, fully approved order for a key market, but the direct liner contracts are fully booked for the week, and the only available option is an expensive ad-hoc carrier that would break your air-sea budget ratio. What do you do?
