  • 3.How do you approach annotating and structuring your findings from land control documents so they are easily digestible for senior legal review and, ultimately, for training AI models?
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you had to process a high volume of real estate or energy documents under a tight deadline while working remotely. How did you ensure accuracy?
  • 2.Describe a situation where you identified a critical gap or non-compliant filing in an easement agreement that others had overlooked. How did you handle it?
  • 3.Give an example of a time you had to collaborate with senior reviewers to resolve a complex document issue. What was your role and what was the outcome?
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You are reviewing a right-of-way agreement for an energy project and notice that the conveyance language seems to restrict the type of infrastructure that can be installed, but the project requirements indicate a different type is needed. How do you proceed?
  • 2.You are tasked with processing and annotating a batch of land documents for AI training, but you find the project guidelines on how to handle ambiguous conveyance terms are unclear. What do you do?
