Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for an Attorney in our Westchester office. We are a full-service, AmLaw 100 firm with robust national and local practices. We have garnered national recognition for our demonstrated commitment to the recruitment, retention and advancement of qualified female and diverse attorneys. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of general liability litigation experience (Construction Law/NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241 experience a significant plus).

Candidates must have solid knowledge of the applicable law, including counseling and litigation, an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed in at least one of the following jurisdictions: New York, additional admissions in Connecticut or New Jersey are a plus.
The firm offers flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and full-time opportunities.

Role
As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;

Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;

Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
