Regional Manager.

  • Drive sell‑out growth across all LFR partners stores to improve Lenovo’s store share and category performance in Laptops, Tablets, SP, and CA.

  • Build strong store‑level engagement with store teams, Cluster Managers, and Zonal Managers to ensure consistent execution.

  • Execute organizational priorities on product mix and marketing programs through effective on‑ground field implementation.

  • Ensure continuous training and development of the field force to improve selling effectiveness and product knowledge.

  • Maintain 100% approved manpower and ISD deployment across all manned stores to ensure optimal coverage.

  • Ensure optimum store inventory, timely liquidation of aging stock, and high standards of display and brand hygiene.

  • Identify and deploy impactful in‑store marketing opportunities aligned to brand and category objectives.

  • Set and monitor store‑wise targets based on store potential to drive CA, Services, and SP mix.

  • Review regional sell‑out performance regularly and drive corrective actions to ensure sustained growth and consistency.

Key Account Manager: -

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts by driving revenue, volume, and profitability in line with business targets.

  • Develop and execute account plans to expand Lenovo’s wallet share across products, solutions, and services.

  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with external stakeholders to position Lenovo as a strategic partner.

  • Understand customer business priorities, roadmap, and pain points to deliver relevant solutions.

  • Drive sell‑through and demand generation by collaborating closely with internal teams and partners.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order execution, forecasting, and Sales out management for assigned accounts.

  • Execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with customers and track performance against defined KPIs.

  • Drive portfolio mix, premium products, and services attach to improve account profitability and quality of revenue.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Monitor account performance, competitive activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
