Job Description

Jio is seeking applications from suitable candidates for the position of “
Key Account Manager- Government Sales
” The position will be based in
Chennai
.

Education Required:

Any Graduation (MBA preferred)

Experience Required:

5-12 years (must have at least 5 years of experience in Government Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Account Planning:

Drive Revenue and

develop/implement strategic account plans for key customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Act as the main point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as Service Delivery, Care & Assurance, Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless service experience to Customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to address any issues. Conduct regular customer surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve service delivery

Key Deliverables

  • Incremental Revenue through new Customer acquisitions and new Products penetration in existing accounts.

  • Revenue retention in existing accounts (Churn Management)

  • Ensuring Superior customer experience by driving Project Delivery as per agreed timelines, first time right deliveries, Network / Product Services uptime as per agreed SLAs.

  • Collections against billing (zero disputes)

  • Statutory and Regulatory Compliances
