Key Account Manager- Government Sales
” The position will be based in
Chennai

Education Required:
Any Graduation (MBA preferred)
Experience Required:
5-12 years (must have at least 5 years of experience in Government Sales)
Responsibilities
- Account Planning:
develop/implement strategic account plans for key customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Customer Satisfaction:
Key Deliverables
- Incremental Revenue through new Customer acquisitions and new Products penetration in existing accounts.
- Revenue retention in existing accounts (Churn Management)
- Ensuring Superior customer experience by driving Project Delivery as per agreed timelines, first time right deliveries, Network / Product Services uptime as per agreed SLAs.
- Collections against billing (zero disputes)
- Statutory and Regulatory Compliances
