Job Description

Role Description

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer

Not just someone who makes things “look good” we need someone who creates graphics people actually want to wear.

If you’ve created ads that actually convert, and can turn briefs into high-quality creatives fast.

What you’ll do:

Design original, trend-driven t-shirt graphics

Create print-ready artwork (DTF, screen print, embroidery-ready formats)

Translate concepts into wearable designs with strong visual appeal

Design social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, and campaign assets

Create visuals for website, marketplaces, quick-commerce & listings

Support landing pages, banners, email & WhatsApp creatives

Build and iterate on high-performing ad creatives

Maintain clean file systems (Figma/Drive) & ensure design QC before launch

Work closely with marketing to deliver campaign-ready creatives on time

What you should have:

1–3 years in graphic design (Apparel/streetwear/D2C preferred)

Strong skills in Illustrator / Photoshop (Figma is a plus)

Understanding of performance creatives (CTR-focused design)

Ability to work fast without compromising quality

Bonus if you:

Understand what makes an ad “win”

Know what makes a t-shirt design sell (not just look good)

Think in systems, not just one-off creatives

Impact you’ll drive:

Launch high-performing t-shirt collections

Improve product appeal & conversion rates

Contribute to 400–600 creatives/year

Ensure 100% campaign readiness

DM or apply if this sounds like you.
