Position Overview

The
Graphic Designer
will be responsible for creating creative and professional designs for conferences, workshops, seminars, and related events. The role includes designing both
digital and print materials
such as flyers, brochures, banners, certificates, social media creatives, emailers, and event branding materials.

Key Responsibilities

Create designs for flyers, brochures, posters, banners, backdrops, certificates, badges, signage, and social media posts.

Develop event branding concepts, layouts, colour themes, and promotional creatives.

Prepare print-ready artwork with correct size, resolution, bleed, margins, and colour format.

Design digital creatives for websites, emailers, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

Work with Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and other design tools.

Coordinate with the event team, clients, sponsors, and printing vendors for corrections and approvals.

Ensure accuracy in names, dates, logos, sponsor details, and event content.

Maintain organized design files and editable source files for future updates.

Skills & Competencies

Good creative and visual design sense.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop.

Knowledge of print and digital design formats.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Good understanding of typography, colours, layout, and branding.

Ability to handle multiple event designs at the same time.

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

1–3 years of graphic design experience preferred.

Experience in event, conference, medical, or corporate design work will be an added advantage.
