Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Post-Grad Investment Banking position located in New York, NY. As an intern, you will work on small, lean deal teams alongside senior bankers, giving you direct exposure to live M&A transactions and meaningful responsibility from day one. You will assist on client matters, financial analysis, presentations, and due diligence.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and a solid understanding of core finance concepts

  • Knowledge of investments and experience with due diligence processes

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Comfort with (or curiosity about) using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and workflow

  • Previous internship experience in finance, investment banking, or a related field is a strong advantage
