A client of ours is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support employee engagement, leadership collaboration, and talent initiatives across a fast-paced corporate environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence workplace culture, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support strategic people operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders and employees to provide day-to-day guidance on workforce and organizational matters.

  • Support employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating resolutions, and promoting positive team dynamics.

  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and integration activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.

  • Advise managers on performance management processes, employee development planning, and coaching strategies.

  • Coordinate and support training initiatives focused on leadership development, employee growth, and workplace effectiveness.

  • Interpret HR policies, procedures, and employment guidelines to support organizational compliance and consistency.

  • Contribute to talent planning initiatives by identifying workforce needs and supporting organizational growth objectives.

  • Help foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture through employee engagement and people-focused programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or talent support functions.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and workforce compliance standards within a corporate setting.

  • Experience utilizing HR systems and business software platforms to support employee lifecycle processes.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills across multiple organizational levels.

  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities while exercising professionalism and discretion.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to support multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
