Job Description

About the Role

As an HRBP Sweden you will work closely with our stores, supporting the teams on site and ensuring that they receive the best talent, training and support. You will be a strategic sparring partner for our store managers and, at the same time, the point of contact for our employees – from recruiting and development to people & culture initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify talent and succession opportunities within stores.

  • Authorize vacancies and support workforce planning.

  • Support employee development, coaching, and talent management initiatives.

  • Manage capability, performance management, and probation review processes.

  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives, including welfare meetings and long-term sickness cases.

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver training programmes, workshops, and coaching sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor law, HR policies, company procedures, and local legislation.

  • Manage operational HR activities including promotions, transfers, personnel deployment, and holiday planning.

  • Control store hour budgets, productivity, and HR KPI analysis aligned with brand strategy.

  • Manage compensation processes and provide HR reporting and insights to senior management.

  • Travel & support – regularly visiting stores to build strong relationships and provide on-site HR support.

  • Reporting to HR Director and Head of HR.

BE YOURSELF – What You Bring

  • Completed degree or training in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a comparable qualification.

  • Several years of experience in HR management, ideally within retail or international companies.

  • A passion for HR topics and working with people, combined with empathy and a people‑focused mindset.

  • Strong communication skills, openness and enthusiasm for people & culture.

  • Hands-on mentality, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel and enjoy working closely with teams in a dynamic retail environment.

  • Proficient in any of the Nordic Language and English.

  • Based in Stockholm, ability to travel across Sweden.
