Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to support business growth and people initiatives across the organization. This role will partner closely with stakeholders to drive recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while providing end-to-end HR support as a trusted HR generalist.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business partnering capability, hands-on recruitment experience, and a good understanding of the overall HR framework including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to support people and organizational initiatives

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower planning to onboarding

  • Support Organization Development initiatives including competency development, organizational structure, and job design

  • Act as a trusted HR partner in handling employee-related matters and providing practical HR solutions

  • Drive employee engagement, people development, and culture-building initiatives

  • Analyze HR data and insights to support business and workforce decisions

  • Collaborate across functions to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.

  • Min. 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles

  • Strong experience in recruitment and stakeholder management

  • Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and Organization Development

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Proactive, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
