Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager – Enterprise Solutions to lead enterprise demand generation and pipeline growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise B2B marketing, multi-channel campaign execution, ABM, AI-driven outreach, and marketing automation. You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Leadership teams to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth across global markets.

This role requires a highly analytical and fast executer marketer who can combine creativity, automation, and performance marketing to build scalable growth programs targeting enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute enterprise growth marketing strategies to drive awareness, qualified leads, and revenue growth.

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across:

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • Google Ads

  • Email Marketing

  • Webinars & Virtual Events

  • Content Syndication

  • ABM Campaigns

  • AI-powered outbound campaigns

  • Identify and optimize new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.

  • Manage campaign budgets, targeting, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.

  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, email sequences, and CTAs.

  • Build reporting dashboards and monitor campaign performance metrics.

AI-Driven Marketing & Automation

  • Leverage AI-powered tools for:

  • AI Calling campaigns

  • Conversational outreach

  • Lead enrichment

  • Predictive lead scoring

  • Automated engagement workflows

  • Campaign optimization

  • Explore modern GTM and AI automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and pipeline velocity.

Lead Nurturing & Funnel Management

  • Design and optimize lead nurturing journeys across the sales funnel.

  • Improve MQL-to-SQL conversion processes and lead scoring models.

  • Collaborate with SDR and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

Qualification Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Enterprise Lead Generation within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology environment.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise-focused multi-channel campaigns.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing)

  • Enterprise Lead Generation

  • Paid Campaigns

  • Funnel Optimization

  • Marketing Automation

  • AI-powered outreach tools

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and outbound automation platforms.

  • Experience targeting enterprise platforms/ecosystems such as Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or similar enterprise solutions is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.

  • Experience collaborating with SDR, Sales, and Revenue teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience targeting enterprise buyers and global organizations.

  • Exposure to AI Calling platforms and conversational AI tools.

  • Experience with AI-led outbound prospecting and automated engagement workflows.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Revenue Operations processes.

  • Experience managing domestic and international B2B events or enterprise conferences.

  • Knowledge of modern GTM, RevOps, and AI automation tools is a plus.

  • Experience to ICP of customer & SI Partners of SAP, Oracle, and Servicenow is preferred.
